License Handling Fee for license changes

movement, transfer, update, dongle/softlicense - General service fee for a later license / dongle modification with a new license key via upgrade-file, with a new dongle or as a soft license key.
Will apply to:

• License transfer from an existing license key/container to a another license key/container.

Remarks:

• The service fee will not apply if an add-on license will be purchased with costs as part of the license modification
• If a basic license shall be moved to a new, separate dongle the hint "new dongle required" is required within the order document!
